QuickBooks
Connect QuickBooks Online so paid online orders automatically book a sales receipt in your accounting.
Sales receipt mapping
Map each order component to the matching QuickBooks item, and set the bank/expense accounts: Stripe Clearing (deposits), Mercury (where payouts land), and Stripe fees. Paid orders won't book a receipt until the items and Stripe Clearing are set; payouts won't reconcile until Mercury and Stripe fees are set. Sales tax is handled automatically by QuickBooks Automated Sales Tax from each order's office location — there's nothing to configure for tax.
