Terms of Service

Applies to Tampa, Brandon, St. Petersburg, and Gainesville locations

1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Rapid Blueprint. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Submitting an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance.

2. File Requirements & Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for providing print-ready files. We print files as submitted and are not responsible for errors, misspellings, low resolution, color variations, incorrect dimensions, missing fonts, or corrupted files in customer-supplied files.

3. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Rush orders are accommodated when possible but cannot always be guaranteed. Same-day service is subject to file receipt before our daily cutoff and available production capacity.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the order unless a credit account has been established. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. A 4% credit card processing fee applies to all card transactions. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. Past due accounts may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

5. Credit Accounts

Account customers with established credit terms are invoiced upon completion. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rapid Blueprint reserves the right to place orders on hold for accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Reprints & Refunds

We will reprint orders at no charge if the error is the result of a Rapid Blueprint production mistake. No reprints or refunds will be issued for errors in customer-supplied files, approved proofs, or customer-specified instructions. Refund requests must be made within 5 business days of order pickup or delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting files for printing, the customer warrants that they own or have the legal right to reproduce the submitted content. Rapid Blueprint is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations in customer-supplied files. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Rapid Blueprint harmless from any claims arising from the content we are asked to print.

8. Pickup & Delivery

Completed orders must be picked up within 30 days. Rapid Blueprint is not responsible for orders left beyond 30 days. For delivery orders, risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rapid Blueprint's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

10. Privacy

Customer information collected through our website or in store is used solely to process and fulfill orders. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties. Credit card information is processed securely and is not stored by Rapid Blueprint.

11. Changes to Terms

Rapid Blueprint reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current terms will always be available on our website at rapidblueprint.com.
